The LG GD910 Watch Phone is the worlds first 3G touch screen watch phone. It is simply an astounding piece of technology. It is a fully functional phone which harbours a huge variety of functions into a unit that is as small if not smaller than some watches. It offers touch screen technology and 3G connectivity and has taken the mobile market by storm. The watch/phone measures 49 mm x 39 mm wide and is 13 mm thick whilst weighing 84 grams. A 1.4 inch TFT display touch screen is the main screen which is used for all the visual elements of the phone and the watch. The screen displays 256,000 colours and is 128 x 160 pixels in display size. The screen offers excellent colour reproduction and uses the flash user interface for accessing functionality, of which there is plenty. The LG GD910 Watch Phone offers a VGA camera which operates at 640 x 480 pixels. This camera offers good quality images whilst out and about. If video recording and playback are required, then this handset also offers that feature as well. A speaker phone is also present which is useful for hands free conversation. The phone also comes with several additional tools such as text to speech capabilities, an organiser as well as an MP3 player and voice recognition. Connections included GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA and Blue tooth.
